Position Details

Job Title: Infant Lead Teacher
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full-time
Location: Little Bloomers, Johnstown, Colorado
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support infants’ cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Build positive relationships with families through daily communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with Colorado licensing regulations and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must meet Colorado State licensing requirements for an Infant Lead Teacher, including:
• Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification (completion of required certifications or degree).
• Relevant experience working with infants in a childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of infant development and best practices in early childhood education.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Required PDIS training completed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
